Pony Party Magic!
We are a family of horse lovers!
Individually myself and my husband have had horses for most of our lives.
I, Phia, grew up in Central London and we were fortunate enough to have a lovely little local farm - Kentish Town City Farm.
Here we were able to get involved in the care of an array of farm animals. Goats, pigs, cows, chickens and of course, ponies!
This is where my love of all things horsey developed and I have followed this through my childhood, teen years and now adulthood.
Fast forward to 2014 - I had my own little welsh pony named Lilly who I still own today and we had planned to move from a livery yard in Borehamwood to another yard in Enfield. I had arranged transport with the new yard.
On the morning of the move, I packed up all of our things and awaited transport. In drove two young men to pick up my pony and my friends horse.
One of those two men is now my husband, Freddie!
After some time together, we fell pregnant with our little girl Pippa. We always dreamt she would love horses just as we do but we could have never prepared ourselves for just how passionate she would become!
Pippa now competes her lovely pony, Lottie at affiliated level showjumping and we spend lots of our time at shows.
Some years later we fell pregnant with our second, our boy Buddy. Buddy also has a beautiful, innate love for horses and animals but not competitively at all (I am not complaining) and has his pony, Tiggy who he enjoys spending time with.
So, as a family of four - we've ended up with a herd of ponies who we absolutely adore.
Our girls are our family and we love them as such but we figured it's time to share them with other children so that they can get to experience the absolute magic that ponies can bring to your life -
And because of that, Pony Pals Parties was born.
